Join us for our annual meeting where we will delve into the important work and strengthening of our connectional churches and the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary. We will hear insightful reports from esteemed individuals providing valuable updates on the current state and future plans of the churches and the BMTS seminary.

The following is the planned schedule (subject to adjustment if required)
Thursday:
3:00 PM to 5:00 PM | FOE Board Meeting for board members and invited guests.
6:00 PM | Dinner for FOE board members, all Estonians attendees and all out of town registered attendees.
Friday:
8:30 AM | Registration/Lite Breakfast
9:00 AM | Sessions Starts & Welcome
10:30-10:40 AM | Break with refreshments
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM | Lunch provided
5:00 PM | Session ends for the day
6:00 PM | Dinner for Friends of Estonia meticulously planned to ensure that every attendee is treated to this special dinner for the opportunity to come together and forge meaningful connections | Guest speakers
Saturday:
8:30 AM | Lite Breakfast
9:00 AM | Session starts
10:30-10:40 AM | Break with refreshments
11:30 AM | Closing Service in Sanctuary or Chapel
12:00 PM | Meeting Adjourned
