Join us for our annual meeting where we will delve into the important work and strengthening of our connectional churches and the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary.  We will hear insightful reports from esteemed individuals providing valuable updates on the current state and future plans of the churches and the BMTS seminary.

Online payment can be arranged at the bottom of the registration form. If you would like to pay by check, you can mail that to Mt. Bethel Church – 4384 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA 30068 with a note on the check identifying it as payment for the 2024 FOE Gathering, but please complete the registration form below as well.

SCHEDULE

The following is the planned schedule (subject to adjustment if required)

Thursday:

Evening  | good company and great food, we invite you to join the FOE group for a dinner get-together at a restaurant to be announced.

Friday:

8:30 AM  |  Registration/Lite Breakfast 

9:00 AM  |  Sessions Starts  & Welcome

10:30-10:40 AM  |  Break with refreshments

12:00 PM to 1:00 PM  |  Lunch provided

1:00-5:00 PM  |  Session with short breaks as needed.

6:00 PM  |  Dinner for Friends of Estonia | Honoring the FOE Story though the eyes of FOE Honories.

Friday Evening | Adjourn gathering

Saturday:

8:30-9:00am | Lite Breakfast

9:00-10:00 AM | Short Session and Open Discussion

10:15 AM | FOE Closing Service in the Church Sanctuary

11:00 AM | Box Lunch | Board meeting following lunch
