October 2026 Prayer Requests
October 10, 2026
Below, find the prayer concerns and requests from leaders of the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary and the congregations in Estonia.
Dear friends,
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers for the Methodist Church in Estonia!
We are so thankful to the Lord for different youth and children’s camps, both Estonian- and Russian-speaking camps. I have heard great reports about the success of the camps and had the privilege of preaching in one of them. Let us pray for the kids and youth that they would continue to grow closer to God and pray that those who came from non/believing backgrounds would continue to grow in their faith.
Please pray for the Summer Conference this weekend at the camp Gideon, as Methodists will gather from different churches throughout Estonia. May it be a time of spiritual renewal and growth in the Word of God.
Please pray for our clergy. For their renewed strength, for their families and their ministry. We also need to find pastors for several congregations, and your prayers in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your prayers and support to the Estonian Methodist Church! May the Lord bless you!
Thank you for your prayers!
In Christ,
Robert Tserenkov

Dear friends,
As we enter August, we are so grateful for all that God has already done this summer. It has been a joy to see young people gathering together, growing in their faith, and experiencing God’s presence through our camps and events. We are thankful for every volunteer, leader, and supporter who has made this ministry possible.
Although much has already happened, our summer is not over yet. We still have two camps ahead of us, and we would love to ask for your prayers.
Please pray:
- That God would give our leaders and volunteers strength, wisdom, and joy as we prepare for and lead these final two camps.
- That many young people would come with open hearts, enjoy their time at camp, and build meaningful friendships.
- Most importantly, that every camper would encounter God in a personal way and leave camp with a deeper relationship with Him.
Thank you for faithfully praying for us throughout this summer. Your support means so much, and we are excited to see what God will continue to do in these final camps.
With gratitude and blessings,
Liidia
Hello,
Camp Gideon has already had 5 children’s camps; hundreds have heard about God, and some of them have given their hearts to Him. All the time we renovate the camp, the heating system in one of the buildings is working well, thanks to our Norwegian friends. Thanks to a family from Ohio, the Addams family sponsored a girls’ shower and sauna room renovation. And please pray for August; we will have a big summer conference, a camp for children from an art school, a God’s Love seminar, and students from the seminary.
Blessings
Artur
Dear Friends,
I pray you are all doing well and you´ve had a wonderful summer with some time to rest and to be refreshed. 😊
It has been a busy and blessed summer here in Estonia, especially in Reeküla, and I’d love to share a few highlights with you.
1. One great joy was welcoming our former pastor, Hindrek Taavet Taimla, and his family for a visit. We hadn’t seen them for a year, so it was a real blessing to spend time together and serve God side by side once again.
Please pray for Taavet and his family as they continue this season in the United States while he pursues his PhD studies.
2. Another highlight was hosting the Tallinn Lutheran Peeteli Church Rehabilitation Center’s children and youth camp for the third year in a row. All of these children come from very difficult backgrounds (no homes, etc), and it has been wonderful to see them return year after year. We shared a joyful Sunday service in Estonian and Russian language, enjoyed a meal together, and spent time playing outside. The most unforgettable moment for me personally came when the children and youth gathered around me and prayed for our Reeküla Church and me. I was deeply moved. Moments like these remind us that God is truly at work in their lives and through their lives. 😇
Please pray that He would continue to heal their hearts, strengthen their faith, and give them hope and a future in Him.
3. We were so thankful to welcome our dear friends from Calvary United Methodist Church in Tennessee. We had two beautiful days together – full of sightseeing, meaningful fellowship, and shared worship on Sunday morning. It was a tremendous encouragement and joy for all of us.
Please pray that God would continue to deepen the friendship between our churches and use it to bless us all.
Joel and I also had the privilege of serving as spiritual leaders at the Estonian Methodist Youth Camp. Since we were both involved in leadership, our whole family of six came along! It was a full week of teaching, mentoring, praying, and walking alongside young people. We saw lives touched by God, young people choosing to follow Jesus, and many honest conversations that we trust God will continue to use.
Please pray that these young people keep growing in their faith and become firmly rooted in their local churches.
As we prepare for the new ministry season, we would also appreciate your prayers for our family, our congregation, and our community. Please pray that we would find rest and renewal during August and that God would continue opening doors for us to share His love with those around us. We will pray the same for you.
Thank you for your faithful prayers, friendship, and encouragement. We are so grateful for each one of you, and for the partnership we share in God’s Kingdom!
With much love,
Lemme
and the Reeküla Church family
