This year’s gathering takes place in Marietta, GA at our gracious host: Mt Bethel UMC. During our gathering, we’ll share fellowship and status updates on missions, congregations, ministries, and partnerships. We hope you’ll join us!

Ticketing (registration fee) information is located below and there is a $50.00 per-person cost which includes materials, nametags, and associated meals on Friday.
We have secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Perimeter Center for $109/night. That rate includes the hot breakfast bar, which is an extra charge for most guests.
The following web link can be used to create reservations with the correct rate: You MUST use this link. After accessing the site, you will be prompted to enter the dates of stay; please note that the link will only work for the dates May 9 – May 12, but if you would like to book outside of those dates, please contact the hotel directly. After submitting the dates into the system, please choose the room type, and you should receive the discounted rate. The phone number to reservations is 1-888 HYATT HP (1-888-492-8847). Just be sure to mention the group name. The cutoff to reserve a room in the block at this rate is April 18th.

If you are paying via check by mail you can print an invoice and mail it in with your check.
