October 2025 Prayer Requests
October 15, 2025
Below, find the prayer concerns and requests from leaders of the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary and the congregations in Estonia.
Dear friends,
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers for the Estonian Methodist Church!
We are thankful to the Lord for the new school year at the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary and for all the new students who are starting their exciting journey in studding theology. We are so grateful for all the prayers and the financial support for the Seminary! Thank you so much for your generosity and love!
Please pray for the Annual Conference that will gather September 26-27 to finalize the discipline of the Estonian Methodist Church. Please pray that it would be a blessed and inspiring gathering.
Please pray for all of the congregations as they begin Sunday School, youth events, Bible studies and other programs after summer break. Let us pray that more people would be coming to church and opening their hearts to the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Please pray for the Festival of Hope in October where Billy Graham’s grandson Will Graham will be preaching. Estonian Methodist Church is taking an active part in the preparation process with other denominations, and we hope many people will hear the Gospel and respond.
God bless you!

Dear Friends,
Even though Summer is fully on, we´ve had a busy month in our small Church in Reeküla.
We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks. Our youth ministry committee is going through some changes. We are deeply grateful for the faithful service that Maria Paju and our former leader Ele Paju have given to the youth work — their contribution has been a true blessing.
At the same time, we are glad to share that the committee is growing. The new team now looks like this:
- Liidia Puju, Daniel Paju, Taavet Hollman, Nora Hollman (new members)
- Urmas Sassian and Benjamin Paju (continuing members)
- Naatan Hollman as the new youth ministry leader
We rejoice in what God is doing and would also like to share some prayer requests with you. Please pray for:
- Unity within the committee and wisdom in dividing responsibilities
- God’s guidance in every step and that we would remain obedient to His leading
Thank you for walking alongside us in this ministry.
With gratitude and blessings,
Liidia Puju and Metonoored

We thank God for the summer holiday, the children’s center summer camp, and the church summer camps, in which some of the children from the children’s center also participated. We are grateful to God that we can continue to support the children in the new school year. For some schoolchildren, it takes longer to adjust back to the school routine—please keep them in your prayers.
A 10-year-old girl from the children’s center is currently in the hospital for tests due to constant headaches, please pray that the doctors can find the cause and that she can get help.
In the fall, some classes were switched to Estonian language learning. Please pray that Russian-speaking children will have an easy transition to learning in Estonian and that they will be able to quickly acquire the Estonian language.
The children’s center staff continue to need prayer support, so that God will give them wisdom, patience and strength in the work of the children’s center.
We thank all of you for your prayers and support!

A volunteer at the Lighthouse children’s center, Riine Tomingas, who helped at the center years ago and has been a supporter of the center throughout the years, is currently in the hospital in serious condition. She is pregnant, has suffered a stroke, and is currently in an induced coma. Riine and her husband are active in the work of the Kingdom of God. Riine’s friends have also created a prayer chain that anyone can join in. Prayer Chain
